Two Thursdays a month, at lunch and dinner, we invite you to rediscover the pleasure of a traditional "bollito misto", prepared according to the art, and paired with selected wines in perfect harmony with each course.

(Hen, beef shoulder clod, brisket, head, tail, cotechino, tongue)
Served with green sauce and mustard fruits
